Nearly 100 in-line inspection systems – pulled from storage for some fresh air, a polish, and a thorough check-up to start the year right.

Each ILI system represents months of engineering, iteration, and hands-on collaboration between Dexon’s teams and pipeline operators.

Some highlights:

#1: The 52-in. UT-R Owl
• Inspected a massive subsea crude oil pipeline in Southeast Asia
• Launched via diver-assisted insertion into an offloading PLEM

#2: The UT-WC Vipers
• Inspected 100+ producing methane wells in Australia
• Delivered 100% data with zero non-productive time (NPT)

#3: The 12-in. UT-CD Hawk
• Inspected one of France’s first hydrogen transmission pipelines
• Modified to combine high-resolution metal loss & crack detection in a single run

#4: The 12-in. UT-MC Falcon
• Customized for bidirectional, multi-schedule subsea pipelines
• Minimized downtime at a marine fuel terminal

Whether your pipeline runs over 75°C, empties into the sea, runs through 1.5D dual-plane bends, or requires a short launcher—chances are we have already built something for it.

And if it is not in the yard, we will design it, machine it, test it, and deliver it. As promised.
