December 31 – Rayong, Thailand – Dexon Technology is proud to announce its official certification by the Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC).

The certification confirms Dexon's decades-long dedication to combating corruption through ethical business practices.

Why CAC Matters

Fighting corruption is not a glorious task that grabs headlines. Wars, disasters, and flashy crimes typically hog the news space, but corruption is a silent plague that affects everyone.

Corruption drains over $2.6 trillion annually worldwide, siphoning resources from the poor, discouraging investment, and perpetuating inequality.

The Thai CAC unites private businesses to combat this global problem. Joint action by 1,804 companies (and counting) fosters an environment where integrity and excellence – not under-the-table deals – drive success.

For clients, the CAC certification guarantees that contracts are awarded based on merit and that resources will be used effectively and ethically.

The Rigorous Certification Process

Dexon began its CAC certification journey in 2023, declaring its commitment to the organization’s principles. This launched an 18-month verification process. Dexon had to meet a rigorous 71-point checklist based on international standards set by Transparency International.

To earn their certification, Dexon demonstrated its robust anti-corruption framework, including:

  • Comprehensive anti-corruption policies and procedures

  • Regular training programs for employees

  • Secure whistleblower channels

After an audit of its documentation and operations, Dexon proudly joins nine other companies certified in Q4.

However, the work doesn’t stop here. CAC-certified companies undergo audits every three years to ensure continued adherence to its standards.

The Benefits of a Corruption-Free Ecosystem

Dexon’s commitment to ethical practices goes beyond compliance. It is about creating lasting benefits for society and the economy.

A corruption-free business environment drives:

  • Greater efficiency

  • Improved services

  • Competitive prices

  • Fairer wealth distribution

  • Enhanced public services

The certification is confirmation of the values that have been with the company since its founding nearly 30 years ago: building success based on win-win partnerships for all stakeholders and excellence.

Proud to Lead by Example

Dexon is honored to join the CAC and its transformation of the business landscape in Thailand. By rejecting corruption as a standard practice, Dexon is helping to create a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability.
