Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a legal or public policy background is a plus.
Proven experience in visa, work permit, government affairs, regulatory compliance, or related roles. (within the Oil and Gas industry is a plus).
Strong understanding of visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
Familiarity with BOI / Non- BOI Visa regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills both Thai and English languages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex government-related matters.

Visa and Work Permit Management: Coordinate and manage the visa and work permit process for expatriate employees, ensuring timely and accurate applications. Keep abreast of visa and work permit regulations, staying updated on any changes that may impact the company or its employees.
BOI Compliance: Facilitate the BOI application process for expatriate. Maintain a strong working relationship with BOI authorities and represent the company in BOI-related matters.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and analyse local, national, and international regulations affecting the Oil and Gas industry, providing guidance to the company on compliance matters. Prepare and submit required reports, permits, and documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Government Relations: Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies, fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth interactions. Advocate for the company's interests with government authorities when necessary. Coordinate with BOI office for clients, collaborating with all relevant BOI departments, suppliers, and customers.
